Who we are

Svoi.uk is operated by Mendee Digital Ltd (Company No. 14071822), registered in England and Wales.

What data we collect

We use two analytics tools to understand which guides are useful and where users get stuck:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — aggregated visit statistics: pages viewed, visit duration, device type, browser, country, traffic source. GA4 runs by default under the UK PECR statistical-purposes exception (Data (Use and Access) Act 2025): we use it solely to improve this website, Google is not permitted to use this data for its own purposes (all data-sharing settings are disabled in our GA4 property), advertising features are permanently switched off, and you can turn it off below at any time.
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and anonymised session recordings (mouse movement, clicks, scroll depth) to see which page sections work and which confuse readers. Clarity loads only if you accept the consent banner; if you decline, it is never loaded. Clarity automatically masks form inputs and any text marked sensitive.

We do not collect personal data such as names, emails, phone numbers or addresses.

Turn off visit statistics

Cookies

GA4 sets first-party statistics cookies by default — with the one-click opt-out above. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies only after you accept the consent banner. Your choices themselves (consent and opt-out) are stored in your browser's local storage. You may also block cookies entirely in your browser settings.
